There’s a few trusty and easy recipes I actually make time and time again. Most of them are perfect go-to dinner ideas for when you can’t decide, but you know you’re hungry.
Recipe 1. Chicken Shawarma

This delicious recipe for Chicken Shawarma is pretty easy to make and very tasty. A great crowd-pleaser, why don’t you give it a go?
Recipe 2. Romanian Cabbage Rolls (Sarmale)

Oh these Romanian Cabbage Rolls (Sarmale) are delicious. It’s definitely one of the meals I keep making, but on a less regular basis as it takes a while, but it’s worth it, I promise! It’s super tasty and sour cream is a must-have accompaniment.
Recipe 3. Lemon Chicken

I cook this so often. It’s lemony, zingy, delicious, and all the flavours you want in your mouth. It’s great with rice, fries, new potatoes – anything you like! Definitely give this Lemon Chicken a whirl. It’s a quick weeknight meal and It’s one of my favourite recipes for busy people, especially after busy workdays.
Recipe 4. Thai Pork Salad

I have Thai family members, and while I do make other dishes frequently, this is a nice and easy recipe to make and scale up. Like most Thai food, the flavours of this Thai Pork Salad are beautifully balanced and I always add a little water to the dish to make it extra saucy.
Recipe 5. Terry’s Chocolate Orange Brownies

I wish you could download food from a photo, but sadly you can’t. This Terry’s Chocolate Orange recipe is super easy, and lots of people seem to like them. If you like a sweet treat, you can’t go wrong with a Jane’s Patisserie recipe!
Recipe 6. Chicken Stew

A brilliant winter warmer, this chicken stew is another great mid-week dinner recipe. Do include the parsley (if you\re a fan of course) as it elevates it.
